Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for AuditRanker subscriptions and digital SaaS access.

Digital SaaS Access
AuditRanker provides digital SaaS access after successful payment. No physical product is shipped.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. Refunds are generally not provided for already-used subscription periods unless required by law or approved case-by-case.
Yearly Subscriptions
Yearly subscription refund requests may be reviewed within [X] days of purchase if the user has not heavily used the service. Approval depends on account activity, payment status, and support review.
Duplicate Payments
Verified duplicate charges will be refunded after we confirm the duplicate payment with the payment provider.
Technical Issue Refunds
If the service is unavailable due to a verified issue from our side and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, a refund may be considered.
Abuse and Fraud
Refunds may be refused for abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, violation of our Terms, or attempts to misuse subscription access.
How to Request a Refund
Contact info@auditranker.com with your account email, payment date, reason for the request, and transaction ID.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider and bank.
